17 Thousand S. Jakarta Residents Fail to Receive E-ID Card

As much as 17,343 South Jakarta residents fail to receive E-ID Card (E-KTP). It was because until Thursday (8/27) yesterday, the online network connects Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Department with Home Ministry is remain malfunction.

Head of Technological Management of Population Administration for Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Department, M Nurrahman confirmed error connection occurred since two days lately.

“Home Ministry told it had fixed since yesterday,” he disclosed.
